  1. WD 40 or acetone which is nail polish remover.

  2. I like using isopropyl or rubbing alcohol as it does dissolve the sticker goo and it leaves no residue afterwards. Actually, alcohol is a great secret weapon for general purpose cleaning as it does cut grease very well and dries with no residue. It's great on glass and chrome.

Acetone (in nail polish remover) is also good, but the fumes are pretty bad.

Oils work well. But then you have to clean the oil off of the glass. Oils are my last choice for this job (including WD-40, mineral spirits, olive oil, etc).

  3. I use rubbing alcohol (91%), Windex, WD40, or Simple Green. Any one of them will work but be sure to clean thoroughly after you use any of those things.

  4. spray with PAM and the adhesive will dissolve

  5. Lightly coat the jar with WD 40, let stand for 5-10 minutes then wipe clean. Works every time!!!

  6. Goo-Gone or whatever it's called. But if you put it under hot water and use the rough side of the sponge and rub hard it works just as well.

  7. WD40

  8. rubbing alcohol

  9. use lighter fluid and rub with cloth

  10. Go get some Goo-B-Gone...it takes all that stuff off.

  11. WD40 should possibly do the trick, it worked on my window so will do on the jar.
