  1. i was just in the seventh grade and what really messed me up was not doing my homework but if you do your homework and study for quizes you should ace it

  2. take placement test in school you want to belong...^^

  3. pay attention in class, take good notes, review your notes and textbooks each night, do your homework, study each night instead of all in one night, go to the teacher for extra help if you don't understand something...

  4. do all of your homework

    take notes in class

    study for tests and quizes

    pay attention

get on the good side of the teacher adn stay on the good side of the teacher

  5. you should not get assignments late in at all, so use a planner, and have set study time, and ask the teacher questions about things you dont understand.

The getting assignments done on time is the most important part, with that you should have A grades, also try to study early in the morning, you are more likely to remember things that way.

  6. Study. Pay attention to the teacher. As soon as you don't get something, ask for help. Keep up with everything.

But being a straight a student isn't for everyone. When you are in the 7th grade, classes aren't challenging like high school. If you are a straight a student, you'll get the a's. If you aren't you won't. Don't try too hard.

  7. Well, there are some basic rules:

    1) Pay attention in class. Write down any questions you have, anything that isn't clear or doesn't make sense.

    2) Do all of your homework.

    3) Study.

    4) Get extra help when you need it.

On top of that, people who get A's fairly easily are usually the ones who are able to connect the information together--always look for ways that new information connects to something else you know, think about information that's presented to you, etc. I remember having some kids think it unfair that I spent hardly any time studying, but I spent a lot of time just thinking about stuff we'd learned and that's no different than studying--I just didn't have the book in front of me. :)

Understand, though, that sometimes straight A's just aren't possible for a particular student or with a particular teacher. Just really focus on **learning** all the stuff as much as you can and you'll get the highest grades you can.

  8. I got straight A's in 7th grade.  You'll need to make sure you study.  If it's memorizing a poem for a test, study until you can say it to yourself without reading the paper at all.  If it's for a math test, practice the techniques you have trouble with until you get them right.  Always do your homework, even if you REALLY don't want to.  Honestly, that's important.  Check your progress reports in the middle of the quarter.  If one of your grades is slipping, work on that subject, either with a parent, or your teacher.  Or, if you just want to get a few more points, extra credit is always good, so ask your teacher about that.  If you miss something in class, either beacuse you were absent or...just not paying attention, read it out of your textbook at home.  Always do your best in projects and papers.  I am not trying to bring any stress on you.  It's all easy.  You just have to remember not to freak out.  Because freaking out won't solve anything.  But one of the main keys to doing well in school, also includes your social life.  Make sure you still spend a bunch of time with your friends.  They can help you relax, and it makes school so much easier.  I hope you achieve your goal!  Good luck!
