  1. carbs will give you energy, also a good protein diet would help become stronger. 1- 1.5 gram of protein = 1 lb of your bodyweight and this should be everyday. so if u weigh 133 lbs i would suggest eating 133 g of protein a day. also you could try creatine, it gives an extra boost while working out!

    good luck!

message me if you need more info.

  2. I work out with the a group called Strength for Living. Everything we do can be done at home

If you can only do one thing do a push up hold. The .jpg link below shows the position - start by trying to hold it for 90 seconds and move up from there - you may think it's nothing but trust me..... you'll notice it.

Note in the image that Ron's neck is at least straight - never go lower with your head, you can look up but never go lower.

(fyi the guy in this picture is over 50)

  3. This is easy. My hubby is in the army so he's a pro at push ups. The best way to get better at push ups is to DO THEM! Three times a day get on the floor and do as many as you can. Before you know it you'll be knocking them out like crazy! Trust me, I can do pushups and I'm a girl! :) This is how I got good at them!

ps. IF it hurts you, consult your doctor. Discomfort is ok but flat out PAIN is not!

  4. ok, I am in the army and I can tell you that doing them is good. But as well as that, you need to stretch out the place that you stretched your nerve. And yes you already stretch it but you need to stretch extra on that part because if you don't it won't heal completely and properly. You may think it has healed but it actually takes quite a while for a nerve or muscle to heal. Trust me, it's happened many times with me. But just keep doing them. Set a goal of doing lets say 10 a day. When you can finally do 10 a day and it isn't' to hard for you, up the number to 15 a day. It helps a lot.

    good luck

  5. Just keep on doing it, you'll notice that as you go on you can do more and more.  When I started doing push up I can only do 10, then I keep on doing ten, then eventually it became 15 then 20 after that 30 then now I can go as far as 50.

  6. the best way to get stronger is to DO somethign about it.

    DO SOME PUSHUPS!!

start with 5 a day. then go to something like..6 a day...

and in 2 days increase to 7...

and so on and so forth.

every 2 days increase. and don't strain yourself.
