i applied to pasport in 2006 march but bcoz of not filling one column correctly it stucked

  1. Re-apply, this time do it right.


  2. I would try something like WD-40, it seems to unstick things quite nicely.

  3. Reapply online.  Fill in all columns.  If it is not correct, they will not accept it and will tell you.
