How to get student visa for canada?

I am indian national living in Dubai, my student visa last year was declined due to "social factors". My later i got UK student visa but i came back from uk and now i want to apply again for canadian student visa.

Pls advise....as i have lettter from uni in canada and sufficient funds for 2 years study and living costs in canada......what else embassy will see..............advise....thx

you must show that now you have funs in order to study in Canada, that is the most important factor, as well as ties to your country, family,property,wife,in order to prove that you will return to your home.
