How to get summer accommodation in Toronto?

Have already tried campus, its for eight people from Ireland. Is there any good rental websites? Whats the typical rent? Is it a good idea to wait till we get over there in June or should we book it beforehand?

Any other information about living there for the summer would be great too!

I am giving below a link to an excellent web site. You can search rooms for all University / College locations in Canada. My son is in an engineering co-op program and has to move to different locations for 4 - 4 month terms. He and his friedns use it all the time.

You cen get contacts of land lords and then communicate with them directly. Good luck
