Question:

How to get surround sound to my XBOX 360??

alright i have an older TV that doesnt have the input (red and white) on the back and i have Dish. So i just took my Sharp 3 disc CD changer and plugged that into the receiver and turned it to Video/Aux and plugged my speakers into that adn it worked great for the TV but when i went to play my XBOX it didnt work, i didnt have any surround sound just the sound out of the TV.....what do i have to do to get this to work??

  1. It would put you through WAY too much stress to even try with out those cables. Buy a newer TV, that's pretty much the only sensible way out.


  2. You need a seperate receiver to get surround sound.

  3. go get new stuff for you entertainment

  4. You would need to run a optical cable directly from the Xbox to your surround sound reciever.

  5. uh stupid get a dam speaker
