How to get television to apropriate channel for xbox360 using RCA remote. urgent.?

Question

just bought a new rca rcu600m remote for my emerson television. programmed it and it changes channels and volume and stuff fine, but i cannot figure out how to get it on the right channel to play my xbox 360. i belive the channel needed is video 2.

The picture was too small to clearly make out buttons, but I would suggest checking for a input or video button.  I don't know which model of TV you have, or if the universal remote you have will have all the functions needed.  You may also be able to get there from TV menu's but this can become annoying.  Hope that helps :-)
