How to get the free apps from itunes on ipod touch?

i hav a jailbroken ipod touch running on the 1.1.4 firmware

and i just wanted to know how to get the free apps from itunes/appstore onto the ipod?

You can't, if you dont have the 2.0 firmware then no app store =(

but if your not willing to spend money on games then dont upgrade because there are not many good free games in the app store.

You have to have itunes 7.7 and buy the 2.0 software to get apps.

you have to upgrade to 2.0, it is actually really good with app store and cydia, just pwn it!!
