How to get the national pokedex for pokemon pearl

Question

I know I need to see all the pokemon, but how if I can't see the legendary pokemon from diamond?

I don't know any one with one

Yes, I would think you have to see all the pokemon from Diamond and Pearl to get the National Dex. The only way I would think of seeing those pokemon is by trade/GTS

You need to see all 150 or 151 (optional manaphy.) You can see Dialga by going to Celestic Town and by talking to the old lady in the north part of celestic town. She will show you a picture of Dialga.

To get the national dex for pearl you only need to have SEEN all 150 pokemon. This can't be done until the Elite Four (unless you decide to get beat by Cynthia whom has the only Miloctic in the game) When you've done that remember that old lady who gave you surf and who also happens to be Cynthia's grandmother??? Well yeah you'll have to visit her in Celestic town. She lives in the abnormally large house north of the cave she gave you surf. She'll then show you a picture of Dialga.

First you need to have seen evrey pokemon in the game (If you have Pearl go to cynthias grandma's house and talk 2 Grandma to get info on Dialga, same thing 4 Palkia if you have Diomond) That excludes Phoine and Manphy

Second go to the professoers lab he will give you the natinol dex!!!
