How to get the wet hair look?

i have curly hair but i want it to look wet what gel should i use?

My sisters use LA looks  and Fructis style Super stiff get. they always have the wet look. Sold at walmart.

No No Nooo. Please Dont You Will look Like A Chav. I used to do it when i first went into high school and i really cringe it now. The beach hair looks best where you just leave your natural hair to dry and add a bit off volume into it.

just use a bit of mousse after you have towel dried your hair

I understand how you feel, my daughter has got thick hair, and she's always straightwening it, or she absolutely wants to have them wet when she goes out

but dont.

Or, use gel, that gives the wet effect

lightly towel dry your hair after shower, then use wet look gel by Fructis ... you'll get the wet look but it will feel very sticky for a while before it hardens.

it doesn't look good though.
