How to get thin lips when they get thick due to lip biting?

i had very thin lips but i then started chewing my lip when in tension...now my lips are thick and luks ugly.......pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help

Wear lipgloss that taste bad so you will avoid biting your lip.

2) u can put on a gross flavor of gloss so u dont bite them

3) a color can make ur lips look smaller, go for a more ugly shade and only put it on the closer to the mouth half of ur lips, stay away from shiny, go for a more bland color
