How to get this look?

ok i have medium length (trying to grow it back out long) (slightly darkish strawberryish) blonde CURLY hair it looks like this

now.. i want my hair the same color as in the picture i have never died my hair before and im kind of nervous...and what products do you think she uses (dont say curling iron because my hair does this naturally) i just need some product to make it look soft and pretty like this.

also my hair is about this color

she probaly uses like moose or gel or something like that its not a curling iron cuz hers is naturally like that too

I would go to the salon. Ask friends where they get their hair done. Find someone that you trust. They will know how to get your hair to that color and they will also be able to provide you with the products to make your hair get the soft look that you want.

bleach it once for 60 minutes and apply a blue-purple based toner....

or

you can by a light natural blonde shade of hair color.

dont get ash blonde or warm blonde. make sure it's neutral/natural or your hair could come out either greenish or brassy yellow.

take a picture to get it died;

and uhm pantene shampoo and conditioner help with making it look

Be careful with dying your hair blonde. Your hair has a reddish tint, so unless you keep the dye in for a long time, it's going to be slightly orangish. I say go to a decent salon and bring the photo with you. Don't try to dye it yourself - if you keep the dye in too long you can seriously damage your hair.
