Depends on what you mean by "Sothern Railway"!  If you are referring to Southern Railway, the line that used to run through parts of Tennessee and Georgia with the green locomotives, then you are SOL; that line merged a l-o-n-g time ago into Norfolk-Southern and N-S doesn't run ANY passenger trains.  Back in the early 1990s N-S did allow a few excursion trains, but when the insurance rates shot up on such excursions, they put a stop to that.

However, if you're looking for the short train ride through Missionary Ridge in Chattanooga, Tn, then you'll have to go to tvrail.com where you can buy tickets on-line for their excursion trains.
