How to get to Newport Centre in NJ?

Can anyone help me getting to the Newport Centre in NJ from the Latham Hotel in NY(4East 28th Street).

walk over to either 23 & 6th or 33 & 6th and take the path train to jersey city. take the train that goes to journal square, ask someone on the platform which stop you should get off. this is the easiest and quickest way to get there

4 East 28th St is 5th Av and walking distance to 33rd St/6th Av (enter from 32nd St entrance or 23rd St entrance.

Take any Journal Sq PATH train from 6th Av-33rd St or 23rd Stto Pavonia-Newport station.
