It depends where you are in Delhi and where you want to go to in Noida. There are 3 major entry points to Noida from Delhi depending on which part of Delhi you are in.

from South delhi it will be DND (The Delhi Noida flyway) anf from North of Delhi The nizamuddin bridge will suit you.

a bus?? or maybe the DND flyover? but itll take 20 rupees. a  bus is cheap but not fast...i dunno..there is no way which you want that i know of.

Fastest is taxi it is around 20 km depends upon in which sector u want to go or in rs 20 u may go to by bus but at one hour journey time.
