How to get to United States?

I am a Filipino working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a Petrochemical company as an Engineer Staff. I wish to know how to apply for a working visa to the US? Tell the step by step process.

Must find a company willing to sponsor you for either: 1) a H1-b visa (Temp worker), 2) find a saudi company that has an office here and request a transfer to its US office (L-Visa), or 3) find a US company willing to sponsor you for Green card.
