  1. It depends on which of the three airports you'll arrive at and exactly where you want to go in Milan.

From Malpensa, there's a bus that goes to the main train station (Milano Centrale). The bus runs twice an hour, costs 5.50 euro and nominally takes 50 minutes (traffic conditions can extend the time - in my experience, it's often an hour). You can buy tickets from the driver. The Metro provides easy access to the rest of the city. http://www.sea-aeroportimilano.it/en/mal...

There's also a train that runs from the airport to the Cadorna station in Milan. http://www.sea-aeroportimilano.it/en/mal... There are connections to the red and green Metro lines at Cadorna. Trains run every 30 minutes at a cost of 11 euro; travel time is about 40 minutes.

From Linate Airport, there's a shuttle bus which runs from the airport to Milano Centrale station for 4.00 euro.

From Orio al Serio airport (Bergamo), you can take a city bus to the Bergamo train station and catch a train to Milan, or there are shuttle buses from the airport to Milano Centrale station. The bus to Milan runs every 30 minutes, takes about an hour, and costs 7.90 euro (or 14.50 euro round trip).  Tickets are available at the Autostradale office inside the airport. http://www.sacbo.it/Editorial/newsCatego...
