How to get traffic on website?

I have a website. This website contains the wallpapers and images of celebrities.

But the problem is that no one visits my website. How can i get traffic to my website?

I am unable to find my web listing in google. No search engine shows my website link.

Plz tell what i can do to get traffic?

The best way is to add your sites into databases that get spidered by many major search engines.

That's simple to solve.

1. To get traffic to your site.

Since your site contains wallpapers and images of celebrities it's easy to tap the traffic. Simply find the hottest trends and gossips about the celebrities. Use Google Trends (http://www.google.com/trends) to the trends and which celebrities are hot! Then write a relevant article about those trends (i.e. the hottest celebrities) and submit the article to article directories such as ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com, etc.

2. To get your site listed in search engine

Get as many one-way back link from relevant sites to your sites. The easiest way is by submitting articles to article directories.

Doing 1 & 2 will get you both traffic and your site listed in search engine :)
