By writing and submitting articles to social bookmarking sites such as http://www.digg.com or http://www.sphinn.com.

There is no free unique content, unless you write it yourself and it will be still not free. You can outsource article/content writing to some writters - there are some charging $1 for 100 words. It's hard to find a decent quality for such a low price but I hope you will find it.

If you cannot write it yourself, the only way to get 100% unique content for your site is to pay someone else to write it for you.  You can get decent, keyworded articles written for not much money (maybe as low as $5.00 each) at freelance sites such as guru, getafreelancer, and things like that.  You can also find writers at big internet business forums like Sitepoint, Digitalpoint, and Warrior Forum.
