  1. warm up ur muscles in a shower or hot tub, they will be less tense, or get a massage, i know it sounds g*y but it works, take vitamins too, ask ur pharmacist for info, i take omega fatty acid pills(fish oil) and some other stuff too stay healthy, stay away from roids though, ha ha! good luck! muay thai is intense!

Glucosomine tablets take daily; cod liver oil or flax oil to lubricate your joints take daily; cold bath or shower while still warm from workout just on legs if that your sore bit - you might want to avoid this one if you are in anyway in poor health it can be a shock to the heart as well as other systems of your body but boy does it take the stiffness out of you!!!

  3. You'll be fine.  I also do BJJ/Muay Thai as well as other activities.  When I first transitioned into new activities I found I was using muscles in a way I hadn't before so there was a degree of soreness.  This will be gone in 7-10 days!!!

    2. skin an animal

    3. put both into a blender

    4 drink.

  5. Take a pain reliever.
