Okay, so obviously I'm a half studious person, half want-to-have-fun person, but my dad recently registered me for a VERY expensive ($10,000 a year) catholic school.
Now, there's a public high school right across the street. It includes:
1. An IB (International Baccaluerate) Program (I want to join it so badly)
2. Honor classes,
3. AP classes (Sophmore Year)
4. CP (College Prep in 9th grade)
5. More extra courses
The only negative thing about the school is the kids that go there, but ofcourse you're going to have BAD kids if you have about 1,913 kids attending there, but it's a big high school so the students are distributed evenly.
I attended the catholic school today, and I really don't like it. They only have two courses that each freshman has to take- intro to computers, and Art (I already took these two courses in middle school). Also, I'll have to retake Algebra I....we are "suppose" to take Geometry in 9th grade. They only have AP classes (junior year), and honors classes.
So how can I get use to this school? I really don't want to go here, it's really boring, and I don't think I'm really going to stay focus in this school. To tell you the truth, I think I'm going to suffer a depression AGAIN, since I cried twice today because...well I was just so sad. And the high school across the street isn't helping either.
I don't think I can persuade my dad at all....he's the only one in my family who wants me to go to that catholic school, and my mom is afraid to speak out for me.
