How to get video clips from phone to play on computer?

i have a sony ericsson walkman phne , i can take the pics off and view them on my compt but the video clips wont play , i think its because there a 3GP file ?? can anyone help..

I have sony ericsson too and my videos I took with it are indeed 3GP.

When you install Gomplayer, you will be able to plya your 3GP videos.

I just did and it works great.

I tried wmp and winamp first, but they were unable to play the videio

I always had gomplayer on my pc, but I reinstalled Windows XP and did not install gomplayer yet. I just did and played my video I made, when my doggy learned how to swim.

Install Gomplayer

go to preferences           -   others   --   select all

File Types      --      Codec

Now you can play your video

Nice feature is, that when you right click on player for menu

then go to Control Panel (F7) you can even make pictures of the video you are watching

Try downloading the K-Lite Codec pack (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_li... and install that.

It should work now!

(I would recommend the full version, It's still free and you should never have a problem playing video files)
