How to get working visa in usa?

i am last year student. i ll fiish my education in july 2008. i want to get working visa in usa after my graduation. i was in usa twice in 2006 and 2007. please answer what i need to do for getting working visa. and how many chances do i have for it.

  1. The only way to get a working visa is to have an employer willing to sponsor you.

    If you live outside of the United States then your chances of finding an employer willing to sponsor you for an H classification visa are between slim and non-existent.

    Sending off resumes to prospective employers in the U.S. is pretty much pointless as they will see that you do not live in the States and they will see your foreign degree and not have a clue about what it actually is. In a sense it is like trying to suck a stone through straw, you may as well just through the resume in a black hole.

    You may want to look into the L1, although you will not be eligible yet but if you have an understanding of it - you may become eligible in the future.

    Another option are organizations such as BUNAC and Camp America - I am not sure if you would meet the eligibility requirements to apply to these programs but a quick Google search for the organization will provide you with correct link.
