How to get your budgies to breed?

i have a male lutino ( yellow) budgie and a female light blue budgie and i wanna start a hobby of birds and breeding .dont worry my pop owns like 1000 budgies and is taking more.

please help i have the cage is plenty big and they always have fresh food and water and the cage is clean and it has a nest box and its outside in the sun then comes in most nights they are always noisy and her cere went brown and crusty and his went darker blue but they didnt mate and yes they are at the right age

Birds generally only breed if there is a nesting box on the cage. You can get them at pet stores they are not very expensive. It won't be long till you have some little budgies
