  1. ive done coke and ecstasy  in the past too and i still smoke mairjuana... ive had issues with depression and ive seeked help...but the best way to restore serotonin is to stop ALL drug usage & consult with a doctor about taking an antidepressant (like zoloft, prozac, wellbutrin, etc) to get your levels back up. youll feel better in no time.

  2. The best person to ask would be a doctor or someone who knows this field.

  3. Yes, your serotonin will recover in time.  About 6 months to a year.  However, it will never be at the same levels it once was.  You may need to start taking an anti-depressant such as Zoloft, to help the re-uptake of your serotonin.  I also did too much ecstasy, which caused me to have anxiety and panic attacks.  Zoloft has really saved my life, without it I would probably kill myself!

There are also vitamins that will help with regaining your serotonin levels - go to your nearest health food store and ask away!
