How to get your teeth extremely whiter without useing strips in 1 week!!?

i have got to get my teeth alot whiter before school starts but i dont want to buy anything!i brush my teth 2 times a day . is there anything that i can do at home to help or rub anything on my teeth? please hep me!!!!

baking soda on your tooth brush...it will take some time...but it is a whitener and is better on your teeth than strips!!!!

1. take up hockey.

2. lose all of your teeth.

3. go get false teeth.

Stop drinking soda, coffee or other drinks that could stain them. Try brushing with some hydrogen peroxide. Dip your toothbrush in and brush away. Your gums will bubble a bit and may even turn white. Don't worry though, it will go away. You will notice a difference.
