    Hidden in your name is the answer to your question, if you have ever let your anger get the best of you, you most certainly know the consequences involved, from arrest, physical harm, burning bridges with people and/or companies to hurting a relationship with a friend, parent or lover. What I have found that works is instantly think what the end result will be for you if you let your anger get the best of you. 99.9% of the time you will see it's not worth it and you just live and learn to move on and chalk it up as a experience in life.
