How to give administrator privelages to guest

I want the guest account on my computer to have administrator privelages, but still keep it as guest

Not an option. by it's basic design the Guest account is restricted to Non-Administrative operation. If you wish to give a user Admin status you must issue them an Admin account.

In XP, the 'guest account' when turned on is always a limited account.  That's the intention of that account, and can't be changed.

Create a new account, from an administrative account, with admin. status for what you want.

you cant click start and at the top of the start menu there will be a name of that account your on if you click that or if you cant go to control panel then user accounts and click on the guest account  and goto account type and click pc admin
