How to give some support

My stepdad is currently facing job problems because his boss is very mean and give him works that is almost impossible to finish. Can you guys give me some tips on how to give my stepdad some support, thx.

just be understanding and ask if there is anything that u can do to help him out...let him know u care

Ask him how work went today be interested in it.  See if theres anything you can do around the house so his day isn't full of stress.

Just give him a big hug and make him something to eat.  Food always makes things better.  You could search monster.com for job openings and e-mail him or print out the descriptions and motivate him to look for a job that is more pleasing.
