How to go about getting a dutch passport

hi! my boyfriend and i are south african and want to go live and work in england, i have a swiss passport so im ok, he has dutch grandparents so can he apply for a dutch passport and use that to go overseas with?

in order to get Dutch citizenship,he must have parents that are also Dutch, you usually do not skip generation in acquiring citizenship,

No he cannot obtain a Dutch passport with only grandparents holding Dutch nationality.  One of his parents must hold a Dutch passport.
