  1. If I understand the question, you are talking about a missing address.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

    Find out if there is a newer map available, and if it has the address on it.  If it does, you'll probably need to purchase it.

    If you have a TomTom unit, you can go into your main menu and report it in map corrections.  Then it will get sent to TomTom whenever you connect to the computer for updates.  The missing address might come through as a mapshare map correction.

    Otherwise, all you can really do is go to the website of whatever company made it and report map feedback so it can be added to future maps.
