How to go from size 7, to a size 3?

I'm a size seven, 5'3, and in ninth grade. i want to go down a few sizes. what should i do?

  1. size 7 is really good,  and it probably isnt even about your weight - its probably just your hips.

    if you have hips, you're not going to be a size 3


  2. just run and dont eat meat and bread it takes like 4 months to make your goal

    umm but if you really wanna slim down.

    DO NOT skip breakfast. breakfast is the most important meal of the day

    you should eat lunch, but you can cut down from what you ate during breakfast

    and eat less dinner.

    Less than breakfast - lunch

    less than lunch - dinner

    eat fruits and drink plenty of water

    im going into sophomore year, and trust me, i know how important it is to a girl to stay in shape

  4. Seven is an ideal size. Don't worry yourself about your body size being a teenager is hard enough!
