How to go places without parents?

how to go out with out parents???am 12 and my parent dont let go me go with friend by myself can u help me

Ummm...you're 12.  You're still a kid even if you feel like you're not.  Your parents should still be a big part of your life.  But here's an idea for you, try to see if they will agree to take you and your friend to the mall or a store or whatever and then staying there but in a separate area then you.

I wasn't allowed to either. Most 12 year olds shouldn't. You are too young to go out even with friends.
