How to go to heathrow 5 from luton airport ?

i am leaving london on 26 august...but then i will arrive london at either around 10 am or 5 pm... n i am wondering how i can get to heathrow 5 right after i have landed on luton airoort

if i arrive at luton at 5pm...can i take the plane at 9pm in heathow 5?
