How to go to nearest Subway or LIRR from 207 St, Bayside 11364? Pls HELP!?

Please advise public transportation available from Bayside to 34th Midtown, Manhanttan and how long is the journey.

Ha, Funny.  I live right around you.  This is the trains stations I take (LIRR) - Bell Blvd stop.
