Question:

How to go to sleep, can you please help?

I can't be able to go to sleep for the 3 weeks i have been waking up at about 7:00 p.m. and going to sleep at maybe 10:00 a.m. I've been able to to catch the morning news!!! I am literally becoming nocturnal. And since school is starting I need too try to get a better sleep. Can anyone help with my sleep problem.

  1. yeah just miss a few hours of sleep then at night you will be tired and fall asleep.


  2. once you start school, you will be forced to stay awake for classes. therefor, your sleeping patterns will return to normal. everyone goes through this in summer.

    Take a warm bath before bed, drink some warm milk, or have a light snack or something. Also are you active during the day? If not this could also be a reason because you have so much energy stored up. Maybe go out for a run, ride your bike, or do something active.

    Actually, if you have been unable to sleep for three weeks you would be suffering from psychosis right now so you would have to see a medical practitioner or a psychologist for medication.

    It was hard for me to fall asleep counting backwards, i reached 0 several times and half the time i cbf doing it.
