  1. Warm milky drink, lavender oil sprinkled on your pillow, warm soothing bath and soft music should do the trick. Well it works for me anyway


  2. what i do................i listen to my ipod, listen 2 calm music not that loud rock stuff and just lay your head on your pillow and relax or you could do somthing that makes you real tired and then try to go to sleep

  3. work harder during the day lol.  i'm usually so tired anyway that i fall asleep straight away

  4. I have thwe same problem but all i can say is like download calm music and burn it to a cd and listen to it 4 bout 30 minz and u should be sleeping :)  

  5. work hard, be tired, then automatically you will fall asleep as soon as you go in the bed, and will wake up only in the morning.

  6. Tylenol PM 1 hr before bed.

  7. Get yourself a micro or macro economics textbook and start reading because if you are not an economist, they are so boring you will start to nod off in no time flat. Either that or download the videos form the Olympic water polo games, be sure to turn down the sound, because they are also boring enough to put you to sleep. Or as the last resort you could always have someone rock you to sleep with a real rock, but you might wake with a real bad headache in the morning though.
