Well you messed things up a bit

Heathrow Airport is in London UK

So you will need another airplane to go to Berlin first :))

Maybe you prefere to swimm across the chanel too :))

YOU NEED TO TAKE THE TRAIN THROUGH THE CHANNEL AND LATER CHANGE TO A TRAIN WHICH GOES TO GERMANY AND BERLIN  MAIN STATION AND FROM THERE YOU CAN TAKE A TAXI OR THE  SUBWAY

Your better off taken the ferry over from Dover from England and seeing Moulin Rouge Hotel first THEN go to Berlin and fly home from there.  It is Far less traveling and more time to see and do things.

Their is NO free public transportation too France or Germany from the UK. Nor is their from Germany to France and back either I am sure.
