That is very easy actually.  Just join a few on-line sites.  Even on Yahoo Q&A you can make friends.  I asked a question some months back and the girl who replied wrote me an email.  We have been in contact since and she is now on my Facebook.  So you can really make contacts this way.  Good luck!

Join a social networking site like Bebo or Myspace and just randomly add people and keep talking!

You should try chat on-linee or the forum chat room or the ICQ chat room well actually there are so many chat rooms available in the internet it's just that you need to be patient to search in the internet etc. but i'm not sure which one is the best well no harm trying.  And by the way i like to share with you something that someone just pointed out to me that my grammar is poor but i remember that that person himself is totaly poor in spelling what i'm trying to say that he is not perfect either.  Anyway, let me rephrase your question are you trying to say "how to find a friend from the internet?"
