How to graph x=3 on graphing calculator?

I want to know how to fraph X=3 on TI-84 Plus Silver Edition.

From the home screen click 2nd (yellow button on upper left) and then click PRGM (center top button to the right of the blue APPS button).  Go down and select Vertical from the menu.  Type in the x-coordinate of the vertical line you want to draw.  Hit enter.

To remove the line afterward click 2nd and then click PRGM and then select ClrDraw.  Hit enter.
