How to grow nice long nails before..?

Question

how to grow nice long nails before skool start . well i had my nails done . it stayed on for a month or so and my natural nails were nice and long but i have a habit of nail biting and i bit a bit off and the rest broke off . (all one hand , other hand still had the fake nails on ) <-- couple weeks ago

so now recently i took off the nails of my other hand and they are nice long but not hard .

so i have one hands nails bittin and other nice and pretty

so how can i get my other hands nails to grow fast , so it looks like my other hand ???

and my other hand which is nails are already grow how can i get them to be harder cz they keep chipping??

I take multi-vitamins, eat a lot of protein, use nail hardener, and only put clear nail polish on my nails.  I trim my nails/shape my nails, at least once every two weeks.  But honestly, it doesn&#039;t work for everyone, though you could still try.  My Grandmother used to tell me to eat Jello....ha ha...seriously, and she has long beautiful nails!

okay instead of biting your nails, bite at the skin on either side of the nails, like on your finger. like if this &gt;&gt;  U  &lt;&lt; is your nail, and the bottom of the U is the base of your nail, bite where the arrows are pointing.

when you had your nails done it must of been really good if it lasted a month. but after when you take them off your nails could weaken up so

buy some professional healthy nail care, so it will help them grow long and strong I&#039;d advise you a brand called O.P.I (3.50-5.50) they are quite expensive but its worth it trust me. it will definatly keep your nails long strong and healthy. when you buy i cut all your nails down so it&#039;s all the same size otherwise one hand would always be bigger than the other hand and will look old.
