How to grow taller as soon as possible?

I am 5 ft and 3 inches right now, and I want to grow taller. I tried taking protein pills, I excersize almost everyday for at least 1 hour a day. My goal is to be 5 ft and 6 inches by Christmas or maybe New Year's. My goal is 5 ft and 8 inches. Can I get some help?

  1. first off get alot of sleep when u sleep more it allows your body to gain time to grow if it needs to. also dont consume any caffeine it keeps you from growing.


  2. Your body will grow naturally but protein isn't the way vitamins is the way make sure you take them every day protein makes you bulky muscular an kind of thick and the more muscles you have at a younger age the less you will grow because of the muscles weighting on the bone that grow

  3. i heard that if you drink 2-3 glasses of milk and then get atleast 8 hours of sleep in complete darkness it helps you get taller faster, if you are stil growing of course.

  4. Drink Milk to make your bones stronger and maybe longer if your lucky, but you can't make yourself taller, its impossible, it's all genetics.

  6. You can't make yourself taller. Your body takes care of that. You can't trick your body to grow under your control.

  7. I'm not sure it's possible to grow that fast. But make sure you get lots of calcium everyday, so your bones will be nice and strong.  

  8. take some hormones.  they will grow you up good.  

  9. Your height is in your DNA, you cannot change it, just as a black person cannot change themselves into a white person.

    Protein pills, exercise, drinking milk, stretching bla bla bla - none of these work.

    Nothing will lengthen your bone structure and the only thing you can change is your bone density and the health of your joints. Your skeletal structure will be similiar to your parents' since they are the people who gave your your genes.

    Think about it - why are people short? Because that is the height their DNA has destined them to be.

    You will just have to live with it I'm afraid.
