How to grow taller?!!?

I am 17 turning 18 in DEC and im only 5' 6" how can i grow taller???

That's great that you have a great body, but tallness will only improve it, so first thing you should do is start visiting swimming pool and swimming activly for an hour at least twice a week. get a trainer if you need to.   2. Don't worry about growing much taller. You might hit a growth spurt, or stay the same height. Also, if you're so focused on height, focus on something else. Such as, muscle building. I'm telling you, a LOT of girls like muscular short guys.

    Keep your hands and feet warm. Scientific studies have shown that warm hands and feet will help induce REM (rapid eye movement) deep sleep. Cold hands and feet will keep you from deep sleep.

    Drink a big glass of water before going to bed and when you wake up; this will help clean out your system.

    Practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.

    Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.

    Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

    Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

    Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.

    After careful consideration and research, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly.

    Egg Yolk Beef Red Meat

    Milk Cheese Apples

    Green Vegetables Potatoes Nuts

    If you eat a lot of peanut butter, your height will not necessarily stop. Neither does masturbation stop height.

  7. It's all genetics, even though mama said drink your milk to get bigger and stronger, it doesn't change yoour height much at all; sorry.  But of course this is coming from a 15 year old who is 6'3"

  8. Well, you can always try to get your doctor to prescribe you some hormone pills to get you to grow more. From the top of my head, you don't stop growing until you're 21 if you're male. You can try to eat a lot of meat which is high in protein like beef. Drinking a glass of milk with every meal wouldn't hurt you, you know. Growth is also based on genetics, so if your parents and grandparents were short people, chances are you'll be short to. So compare your family and see how you stack up. LOL, I'll love to see your nice fit body with those 6-packs :P
