protein is good right!? do the green tea nail polish thingies work well?? What are some good things to help them grow? ALso does clipping your nails really mess up their growth? help pleez!

Go to a health food store and ask someone if they have biotin,

most likely they will then they should ask you what its for.

There is one thats for nails and one for hair and nails.

I have the hair and nails one.

It makes your hair more healthy so it can grow longer.

But you have to eat all the nutrients you need.

Because the biotin makes sure the nutrients get through your body..
