  1. do a lot of long distance running because it builds endurence and stamina. i know it sucks, i just got back from running 2 miles, but it will benifit you greatly. before you play also eat carbs like pasta. its great for energy. good luck! just work out and eat right.


  2. Long runs do nothing to help in VB....it's great for endurance...however your not running in a 10k

    Do lots of sprints.....suicides....agility work....this will ensure you have the stamina and power you need. below is a link to help you.

    That is what adds power to your play the entire time you are on the court, avoid caffeine and candy.
