Know the following:

1. the price you want to pay

2.what is the item really worth.

3. Can you get it someplace else

4.is the market up or down for that item

5.Has the item sat there for a day,week,month...the longer the cheaper

6.Do you really need it

7. Does he really need to sell it.

8. does he have competition for that item

9. Do you have flash cash...Show me the money!!

10. do you have a good poker face..if you show you really want it...you will pay top dollar.
