Kill them with kindness.  I know they are really hard to handle but just be nice.  It will bring them back to your store but in a better mood.  They will be customers for life because you were good to them when they were having a bad day.  Everyone has bad days!

Just give them what they demand, until you get too many customers who are much more profitable to you then forget about that difficult customers, YOU HAVE MORE IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS TO ATTEND TO
