  1. make a time table not a strict one but where u can keep time for each thing u  want to do like homework, study, play, tutions, dance and music or whatever extra curicular activities u do.

it shud contain time for fun as well and if u follow it u shud be able to manage time well.

  2. You make a routine which is to be done in which time. You know that you are going to sleep hardlly 8 hours. You have 14 hours left out with you. Calculate accordingly - make chart what is to be done on what time, you can find plenty of time left out.

  3. Clearly, you have to know what's due when, but I'm going to assume you're on top of that.

    1. Take good notes. This is crucial. I only have chemistry once a week -with a tutor- and if my notes from that aren't good, then I won't understand anything. (I'm not very good at chemistry so this is even more crucial.)

    2. Study at school and yes, on the weekends. If you think you know the answers to some questions in your English homework, bring it with you to lunch and do the questions that come easy. Take advantage of study periods and use them to do homework. You're going to be at school until around 3:00 anyway, so use as much of that time for homework/studying as you can. Your weekend work doesn't have to be too intense; use it to catch up on reading in subjects you enjoy so that you can spend less time on that during the week. An hour a day on weekends will go a long way.

  4. 1) Make sure you are making the most of your time at school--no goofing around or being unfocused in class so that you can get as much done as you can there. Also, take advantage of your lunch hour and any other time you've got there to either study or work on homework. You might only reduce your homework time by 15-30 minutes, but that's still 15-30 minutes less you need to do at home, and it adds up over time.

    2) Make the most of your after school time. Get started on your homework as soon as you get home. Resume after supper if you need to, then spend 30 minutes studying.

    3) During your study periods, develop notes that you can review off of. These are the things you can quickly look at before going to bed and then look at again in the morning.

    4) Eliminate distractions. Be aware and honest with yourself about how much time you spend on the computer, on the phone, in front of the tv, daydreaming... whatever it is you do with your time. Just take control.

    5) Do as much homework as you can and study on the weekends--even read ahead in your texts if you can.

You manage your time simply by eliminating as much as is necessary what you don't need to be doing and by making yourself do what you need to do. It also helps to have a motto of "Work first"--if you keep it as your little "mantra", and remind yourself of it often, it will help you stay focused and make sure that you do your work before you go off to have fun or relax.
