Working as a Sales assistant i'm interrupted daily.. what is the proper way to handle this! i'm required to leave e-mail up and answer phones and accept the taps on my shoulder. some times it's too much and but i'm not allowed to ignore them! or tell them to wait! i mean it can be for a minute and i say that now.. "one second let me wrap this up i'll be right over" the part that is frustrating is i get interrupted for telling people to scroll up or down to see all attachments or how to copy and paste.The other day i e-mailed someone 6 documents they said they only got 3 of them! so i go over to there computer and said nope all 6 are there you have to scroll down to see them all. this happened again today! on someone's hot mail account they hit forward and it went right to the message screen.. (where do i put the e-mail address in to send it) so i get up walk to there office and tell them to scroll up! i feel it's a waste of my time! but i guess that's the joys of understanding basic computer functions! But again how should i handle these with out being a brat or snippy!!! when i'm soo frustrated!
